
This Chasselas has delicate aromas of orange peel, almonds and herbs with a subtle touch of honey. The acidity is nicely present alongside fruity notes of pear and apple blossom. The texture is smooth, the finish is refreshing and lasting.
Perfect with appetizers, grilled fish, mild cheeses, or fresh salads.
