Georgian natural amber/orange wine. Exotic, interesting, complex, greatly balanced. Wild herbs and flowers, black tea and bergamot aromatics. Fresh, lively accidity, dried fruit and nuts in the mouth. Gently tannic and very food friendly!
Try it with grilled red or white meats and vegetables. It will also match with spicy/aromatic oriental dishes. You can drink this wine throughout a whole meal (with your starter, main course and a cheese board!)
A blend of Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Kakhuri Mtsvane and Khikhvi native grapes, a favourite of the 18th century Georgian king Erekle. Organic agriculture, natural vinification and ageing in qvevri (clay amphora). Unfiltered, minimal sulfites added.
