Kapistoni Tavkveri GEORGIA 🇬🇪

Natural dark red with rich black cherry, wild herbs and licorice aromatics. Cranberry acidity, medium body. Juicy, elegant, delicious.

  

Try it with pork stew, venison, roast turkey with cranberry sauce, older mature cheeses.

Natural vinification in qvevri (clay amphora). No filtration, no chemical additives. 

Indigenous Tavkveri grape, unusual in that it is a female vine and therefore must be interplanted with hermaphroditic or male vines in order to pollinate.
