Lemon blossom, green apple, mirabelle, hints of brioche and almond in the nose. Mineral-driven sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles, lively acidity and a clean finish.
Food and wine pairing: great aperitif wine and a wonderful match for appetizers as well as for generous dishes such as foie gras, creamy meats and pastas and creamy soft cheeses.

Grapes: Riesling (55%), Pinot Noir (26%), Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Auxerrois.
Terroir: gravelly soils of Scherwiller, Alsace
Winemaking: long, natural fermentation without added sulfur. Second fermentation in the bottle. Aged “sur latte” for 24 months in the cellar. Disgorged, no dosage is added.
