Super refreshing, frighteningly drinakable! Cloudy, creamy, with yeasty umami. Full of caracter natural sparkling!
Named after a small river that flows through Villány (southern Hungary) and bears the name Karašica [pronounced: karaschiza]. This little river is responsable for refreshment in the Villányi terroir and is as crisp as the PétNat Karašica that is named after it.
100% Hárslevelü grape native to Hungary. Handpicked and fermented spontaneously. Not disgorged (cloudy with yeast sediment), no sulphure added. 11% alc, residual sugar 2,5gr.
Please take care when opening PétNat! You have to cool it well, then open the crown cork quickly and immediately put your thumb onto the bottleneck. Then release slowly and controlled the CO2.
