Mildly sparkling, easy drinking pét-nat with a lovely caracter. Fresh, full of life, delicate.
Grapes: 60 % Királyleányka (Barabás), 30 % Furmint from Mád (Tokaj wine district), approximately 10 % Rhine Riesling (Barabás). 45-50 years old vines in Barabás village in Eastern Hungary, 15 years old vines in Mád.
Volcanic rhyolite with clay soil with loam top soil.
Vinification: both Furmint and Királyleányka were fermented without skin contact in fiberglass, just destemmed and pressed directly in basket presses. They were blended early in the fermentation, bottled with 13 grams/L sugar and hand-disgorged it in 2022 September.
