60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes come from the plots of Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil (clay and limestone) in Médoc grown in certified organic farming. Average age of vines: 40 years.
Vinification and ageing in stainless steel. Native yeasts, no fining, no filtering, no added sulfur.
