Purple, raspberry red color with copper highlights. Kirsch, cherry, bitter almond, pepper on the nose. Palate: Beautiful tension and freshness; the aromas perceived on the nose are echoed on the palate. Strong tension, the acidity on the finish gives the wine a lovely length.
Food pairings: Mushroom tart, Greek salad, beef with pepper sauce, grilled octopus, Black Forest cake.
