Pure natural wine. Notes of sour cherries and strawberry jam, spruce blossom, tabak and cloves.
Juicy, full of vitality, elegant. Long finish with slightly smoky, earthy and black tea notes.
Handpicked, spontaneous fermentation in large stainless steel tanks, one week maceration. Not filtered, not fined. Three quarters of the wine is aged in old barriques for 9 months.
