Sour cherry, cranberry. Pale, clean, elegant with subtle mineral undertones. Supremely food friendly.
Grape: Pinot Noir
Winemaker’s notes: “The vineyard grows on a combination of loess and loam. Due to the high age of the vines, which is about 35 years, we are able to reflect the special terroir from this vineyard. Harvested by hand, one part destemmed the other part whole bunch, this Pinot Noir ferments for 9 days on the skins. After the fermentation the wine matures in oak barrels till bottling.”
Bio certification: AT-Bio 902
