Intense red ruby colour, ripe raspberry, cherry and earthy aromas. Juicy, fruity, yet mineral wine. Lively caracteristic high acidity of Frankovka Modra (Blaufrankisch), soft tannins and lingering aftertaste.
Very food-friendly red. Try it with roasted goose, rabbit ragu, pork schnitzel, smoked meats/sausage, goulash, roast beef.
Frankovka Modra (Kekfrankos/Bläufrankisch). Organic farming. Fermented with wild yeasts. 3 weeks skin contact. Unfiltered. 10-12 months aging in 225l oak barrels.
