Ultra-mineral, Serbian Riesling from old vines on limestone subsoil. Natural, unfiltered.
Minimal intervention, no filtration. The wine undergoes direct pressing, fermentation, and long aging on the lees (12โ18 months) in vats and old barrels. The aroma reveals lime, green apple, a hint of flowers, and a subtle petroleum note. The taste is characterized by its bone-deep mineral profile: salty, chalky, with high acidity and precise structure.
