Goes well with cheese, fish, chicken, pork, asparagus, goulas! White, dry Furmint loves red food. Try it with dishes with paprika spice, red peppers, tomatoes, radicchio, cherries, cranberries and pomegranate. It’s great with rare duck, charcuterie and bacon too.
