Beautiful golden yellow color. Mineral, dry white wine with rich, deep flavors and excellent acidity. A bit shy at first, this beauty needs half an hour after opening to show fine aroma of ripe pears, chamomile, flint and dry aromatic herbs.Â
After manual harvest grapes are gently pressed and undergo natural fermentation in old 10 hl barrel. Thereafter the wine is aged for 4 months in old 500 and 300 Hungarian oak barrels, and again for 4 months in airtight steel tank.
