
Intense yellow, slightly hazy/cloudy dry white wine. Kirsch, cherry, bitter almond, pepper in the nose. Fruity and crisp, balanced, salty, refined and elegant. A dry muscat with a beautiful finish.
Food and wine pairing: asparagus in risotto or flan, goat cheese, savoury toasts and appetizers.
