A blend of Kekfrankos, Pinot Noir and Kadarka. 15 months in oak barrels. Biodynamic agriculture, natural vinification, no filtering, no fining, 2400 bottles made. Crafted by Bott family on the banks of the Garam River, southern Slovakia.  

Hungarian Orange Hummel Hárslevelü GÓRÉ 2016 - rich, full of flavour, intriguing.

Pairs with pure organic food, sourdough bread, cured meats and old cheeses. 

100% Hárslevelü grape. Bright orange, full body wine with fruit and structure in the most beautiful balance. 3 weeks on the skin. Spontaneous fermentation, unfined, unfiltered and without added sulfur. 5 months ageing in used Burgundy barriques. Crafted by Horst Hummel, Villány, southern Hungary.
