Grape: old breed of Gamay called 'manchot à petits grains'. Biodynamic practices, bio certified. Low sulphur, not filtered, not fined.
Traditional vinification, grapes are destemmed but not crushed. No temperature contole, ageing in old oak vats for 18 months.Â
The name of the wine "Obecanje" means a promise in Serbian. The first wine of the Bongiraud family (winemakers from Burgundy) on a Serbian terroir.Â
