Ripe Riesling from vines of over 50 years old cultivated organically. Harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts. 34 days of maceration. Pressed by hand in a vertical press and aged for 18 months on lees in used Burgundian oak barrels. No fining, no filtering, no added oeneological products.
