Bright red with fine aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, blood orange, pepper and fresh herbs. Crispy and juicy with lots of pleasant accidity and medium to long finish. Mura Vörös (red) is a blend with a unique composition and character and all the charms of the Zala wine region.
Winemaker Dóra Bussay: "It is our estate cuvee, a blend of Laska (rare, indigenous Hungarian grape) with some Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot. The nice acidity of Laska is well balanced with the fruitier varieties, making the wine a very full flavored one".
Fermented with native yeasts, not filtered, not fined. Aged in Hungarian oak barrels of 225 and 500l and stainless steel.
