
Aroma of golden pears and apples with a touch of autumn leaves and notes of green tea and minerals (chalk, salty water). Medium body, good structure and mild acidity. Long-lasting and persistent impression on the palate.
100% Rizling Vlassky grape (alias Olaszrizling, Welschriesling, Italian Riesling). The grapes were harvested from a vineyard in Nová Vieska situated next to the protected nature reserve of Drieñová Hora.
Organic and biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, maturation on yeast sediment, no fining or filtering, minimal use of sulphites. Half of the wine has had two weeks of skin contact.
