Super fresh, vivid, herby, slightly salty white with a ginger-pepper spicy finish. Oregano, lime zest, apricot and peach on the nose. Gooseberry, almond, green apple in the mouth.
Try it with seafood stew, salmon, goat cheese pasta, quiche larraine, oven roasted veggies.

Terroir: lava-based volcanic soil (basalt) on the southeastern slopes of Somló Hill in Western Hungary. Moderate climate (humid continental).
Vinification: hand harvesting at the end of November with small yields of 1,2 kg/vine, natural fermentation in 1000l Hungarian oak barrels. Maturation for 6 months in used 1000l and 500l oak barrels, and after that for 3 months in stainless steel tank.
