Sour cherries, ripe strawberries, red currants, red pepper, violet, rose petals. Vibrant red wine with fresh acidity, firm tannins, flavors of juicy blueberries, tart cranberry, and gentle earthiness.

Grape: 100% Shavkapito, a rare, ancient indigenous Georgian red grape that originates from the central Gori region.

Fermented with native wild yeasts on the skins in a buried qvevri for 7–12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and further aging in the clay amphora for 6 to 10 months. Unfiltered, made with minimal intervention.

Crafted by Kapistoni Winery, a family-owned, traditional winery located in the Saguramo village of the Mtskheta region in Kartli province in eastern Georgia.
