Juicy, full-flavoured, super drinkable southern red. Slightly wild and yeasty, full of ripe cassis and blackberry, with hints of mint, pepper, black earth, violet.
A blend of Syrah 43%, Merlot 32% and Cabernet Sauvignon 25% grapes. Biodynamic practices in the vineyards, harvest by hand in small crates.
Natural vinification with native yeasts. Direct pressing (very short skin contact) of the Syrah, infusion of the Merlot's whole bunches in the Syrah's juice, carbonic maceration of the Cabernet Sauvignon. 10 months aging in vats and one month in casks. No fining or filtering, minimal SO2 when bottling.
