Beautiful orange wine with excellent acidity. Rich, mature aroma of dried flowers, pear, dried pineapple, tea, dried apricot. Juicy, lightly tannic, with a very nice structure and richness.
The wine is named in honor of Sara and Dora, the granddaughters of the winemaker, whose handprints adorn the label.
Pair with grilled fish, like mackerel or salmon. Match with white meats, pork or dishes with sauerkraut
A blend if Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Welschriesling. Wild yeast fermented. Unfined. Unfiltered. 1,5 years ageing in barrels. Total sulphur 20mg/l. Alc. 13%.
