Dark, inky, almost black wine. Blueberry jam, plum, forest fruit, laurel and liquorice aromatics. Incredibly concentrated deep flavours, thik and tannic power red.Â
Drink on its own as a meditation wine or pare with rich, spicy, meaty dishes or old cheeses.Â

Organic agriculture, hand harvested, fermeted with native yeasts, low intervention, unfined, unfiltered, vegan. Fermented and aged in different qvevris, with wine moved by gravity force due to a multiterrace system in the wine cellar.Â
Sometimes high in alcohol (16% for the 2019 vintage) due to a rare yeast Saccharomyces Oviformis with alcohol tolerance of between 16% and 21%. In its natural form, this yeast lives in organic vineyards of a handful of winemaking regions around the world including Papari Valley's vineyard of 9,3 hectares.Â
