A copper-colored orange wine with excellent drinkability. A wine with with gentle tannic grip and aromatic richness. Spicy and herbal on the nose. On the palate dried apricots, quince marmalade, smoky accents. Orange peel and minerals in the aftertaste.
Pair with spicy cheeses, black olives, fine charcuterie.
The grapes were picked by hand and macerated in open vats without temperature control. Maturation on fine lees in old wooden barrels. No fining, no filtering.
