Rich, vibrantly fruity, delicious. Cinsault, from old bush vines planted back in 1964 and 1974. Strawberry fruit, spice, earthy notes, soft tannins, and some very nice length. Elegant and delicious!
Seriously Cool - "Our Cinsault is known as COOL because we recommend that you enjoy it at a lower temperature (around 14°C) and because it stems from the cooler slopes. We also describe it as SERIOUS because it ensures a well-structured, memorable length in the mouth".
Enjoy on its own, serve slightly cool with duck, rack of lamb or spicy charcuterie.
