Red Serbian  

A natural red with lots of flavour tasting elegant and pure. Beautiful aromatics, cherry, violets, lavender, peony flowers, licorice. Juicy and pure with nice savouriness. 

80% old breed of Gamay called 'manchot à petits grains', 20% Merlot. Biodynamic practices, bio certified. Low sulphur, not filtered, not fined. Ageing in old oak vats for 18 months. 

The name of the wine "Obecanje" means a promise in Serbian. The first wine of the Bongiraud family (winemakers from Burgundy) on a Serbian terroir.

White Slovenian

Pure, gentle, floral and youthful aromatics. Round, full and harmonious taste. Native yeasts, slight filtration, bottling according to moon phases.

100% Pinela, native and rare grape of upper Vipava valley in Slovenia, grown in limited quantities. 

Fedora, Kobal family, Vipavska brda, western Slovenia.
