Unusual natural skin contact Riesling. Light, mineral, dry orange wine with dried flowers, peach and lemon zest aromatics. Hight in pleasant acidity. Complex and interesting.
The grapes were picked by hand at full ripeness and macerated in open vats without temperature control. Maturation on fine lees in old wooden barrels. No fining, no filtering.
