Light and lush skin-contact/orange Riesling. Orange peel, marmelade and dried apple aromatics. Soft tannins, clear, fresh, delicious! Pleasant saltiness and bitterness on the finish. Only 11,5% alcohol and nicely Hefetrüb (cloudy).
Great aperitif! Drink chilled.
Organic viniculture, hand-picked Riesling, half of the grapes are fermented on skins and stems for 14 days in large oak barrels, half in stainless steel, native yeasts, not filtered, minimum sulphure added just before bottling.
