Dry, mineral, creamy orange wine. Cloudy and slightly funky. Orange peel, cedar and dried herbs on the nose. Spicy notes and fine acidity in the mouth.
Aperitif, finger food, cured meats, curries and asian dishes.
Harvest by hand, natural fermentation with native yeasts, nothing added or taken away, not filtered. Rhine Riesling fermented for 15 days on skins, kept on lees for 8 months in Hungarian oak barrel. Unfiltered, 1466 bottles made, 27ml/l total SO2, BIO certified.
