Rich, dark, meaty, smoky red from Rubin grape (a cross of Syrah and Nebbiolo native to Bulgaria). Great with grilled meats, hamburgers, ham. Grapes were picked at ultimate ripeness. Organic, 10 months ageing in French and Bulgarian oak barrels, 8200 bottles were made. No Man's Land (border area between Bulgaria and Greece), Struma River Valley, South Western Bulgaria.
