Rich, dry, mineral/salty orange wine. Backed apple and pastry, aromatics. Rich mouthfeel and long intense aftertaste. Textured, complex, refined.

A belnd of ripe Riesling and Welschriesling from vines of over 50 years old cultivated organically. Harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts. Five days of maceration. Pressed by hand in a vertical press and aged for 18 months on lees in used Burgundian oak barrels. No fining, no filtering, no added oeneological products.
