Unfiltered amber wine. Made from Kakhuri Mtsvivani grape variety, using traditional Georgian winemaking method – long skin maceration (4 months) in qvevri (clay amphora). Delicate peach, fennel, and walnut aromatics. Apricot, almond and peach flavors.
Casreli is founded by five colleagues, medical doctors passionate about wine and winemaking according to Georgian traditions. Own vineards, 450m above the sea level, right bank of Alazani valley, Vachnadziani village, Gurjaani municipality, Kakheti region, Eastern Georgia.
