80% old breed of Gamay called 'manchot à petits grains', 20% Merlot. Biodynamic practices, bio certified. Low sulphur, not filtered, not fined. Ageing in old oak vats for 18 months.Â
The name of the wine "Obecanje" means a promise in Serbian. The first wine of the Bongiraud family (winemakers from Burgundy) on a Serbian terroir.Â

Veltlinske zelene (Grüner Veltliner) grape, 38 years old vineyard, spontaneously fermented dry natural wine, low sulphur, 9 months ageing on lees in oak barrels.
