Straw yellow, shades of gold. Tropical fruit, mango, butter, herbs. Soft, harmonious, dense, dry, pleasantly fresh, woody notes.
Great with mushrooms, clams, truffles, lamb, poultry. Serving temperature: 11-15°C
Harvest by hand, spontaneous fermentation, no yeast added, half is pressed after short maceration, the other half after macerating for 2-4 days, no sulphur added untill bottling. 12 months ageing in 1000-, 500- in 225-litre French oak barrels.
