Aromatic, light, easy-going orange. Mild tannins, a bit peppery with vibrant acidity.
Drink by itself, with charcuterie, summer bbq.
Low in alcohol: 10,5%
A blend of Furmint and Pinot Gris, with each variety processed separately with Pinot Gris having 30 days skin contact and Furmint 20 days. Harvest by hand, destemmed, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in small open top fermenters. Ageing in old French oak barrels for 10 months.
