Ruby red with notes of ripe red and black fruit on the nose. Spice and fruit on the palate with deeper layers of tobacco, leather and nuts. Pair with Italian cuisine, grilled meats and semi-soft cheeses.
The grapes are sourced from the Guadalupe Valley in Baja California, Mexico. L.A. Cetto wines are produced using sustainable methods and green practices. Fermented for 10 to 15 days, aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and a further 24 months in bottle before release. Founded in 1928 by Luis Angelo Cetto, L.A. Cetto is one of the oldest and largest producers of wine in the Baja California region of Mexico.
