Bright orange colour, apricots, candied fruit, orange peel, dry flowers and herbal aromatics. Dry, rich and mineral, with a lovely finish.

Will match beatifully with pure, simple organic food. 

A field blend of 70% Királyleányka, 20% Riesling and 10% Furmint and Hárslevelű.

Half of the wine is made of two-weeks macerated, hand destemmed grapes, with berries not crushed. The other half is made by whole bunch fermentation in a big 1000l harvest vessel mimicing carbonic maceration. These two portions meet in the final Óra blend.

No fining, no filtration, no barrel ageing.  

Low alcohol, 11% vol.

Organic agriculture. Natural vinification. 2196 bottles made.
