Vignoble du RAB Crevette Mayo FRANCE 🇫🇷

Crisp, aromatic, gastronomic light body white. Green apple, melon, flowers, yuzu and a touch of liquorice in the nose. Light, herbal, citrusy, refreshing and mineral in the mouth. 

Perfect with your shrimp mayonaise salad :), aperitif, seafood and fish.  

Made from grapes from Gers (Sud-Ouest region of France).

Grapes: Clairette, Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc. Manual harvest. Biological agriculture. 

Vinification: direct press, stainless steel, native yeasts, no fining, no filtering. 

Alc. 12,5 %

Aging potential: 5 years
