Red fruits, raspberry and strawberry notes on the nose mingle with a hint of yeasty sourdough bread. The palate reveals an intense and full-bodied wine, full with flavors of strawberry and watermelon. Despite its weight, this wine maintains a refreshing and lively quality, with a delicate and crisp mousse.

Winemaker’s notes: “Harvested manually between 27 and 29 of August, a little early than usual but in line with the previous year picking days, into 15 Kg crates. The grapes were in great condition, very healthy. For the first time we used a few grapes from another plot. At the winery we simply press gently the whole bunches into a stainless tank where the wine spontaneously fermented for about 3 weeks. Before fermentation was over we manually bottled 913 bottles of this fresh pink wine and let those sit in the cellar for 9 months”.
