Super aromatic, with "grapey", musky aroma and notes of huneysuckle and ripe pear. Fresh and herby, with very nice lemon/grapefruit accidity and aftertaste. Slightly cloudy.
Try it as aperitif among firends :), with light summer dishes and salads, sushi, Pad Thai, green asparagus risotto...
Grapes: 60% Gelber Muskateller, 40% field blend of PIWI´s (“Pilzwiderstandsfähige Reben” fungus-resistant grapes)
Winemakers notes: "Muscat got harvested by hand, after destemming it stayed on the skins for about 12 hours. It fermented in a stainless steeltank and stayed on the lees till bottling. The field blend of various PIWI did a fermentation on the skins for 10 days, after fermentation it stayed in the oak barrel till bottling".
