Lemon zest, lemongrass, nuts. Crisp and savoury, edgy white with plenty of natural accidity.
Made from Furmint grapes grown on volcanic soil (basalt, tuff) on 35 years old vines, handharvested, pressed into 500L used Hungarian oak to age for about 8 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with a touch of SO2 at bottling.
