Rich, fine aromatics of overripe peer and apple, green walnut, lemon and dried herbs. Mineral, salty, creamy with fine accidity and light tannins. Yeasty yet fresh, rich yet elegant.
Try it with fried fish, fish and pastas in cream souce, pasta carbonara, smoked meats and poultry.
Serve at 10 to 12° C.
50% Italian Riesling, 50% Pinot blanc from organic certified farming. Natural vinification with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, matured in old oak barrels. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
